Black Ops 2 Multiplayer Maps List
Black Ops 2 features multiplayer maps located at various places around the globe from L.A to Pakistan. Of course, there are a range of different sized maps too. Pre-order bonus map Nuketown 2025, for example, is among the smallest maps in Call of Duty history. Unlike the campaign, all of Black Ops 2′s 14 maps are set in 2025.
Here are Black Ops 2′s multiplayer maps (click links for overhead picture):
- Carrier – Chinese SuperCarrier. Open engagements on the deck, with great close quarter fights through the hull
- Cargo - Port of Singapore. Good for close quarters engagements and verticality
- Drone - Hidden drone facility in the heart of the Mynamar jungles. Great long engagements down the center, fun close quarter fights through the facility
- Express - Los Angeles bullet train station. Good long to medium engagements up and down the bullet train tracks
- Hijacked – Luxurious super yacht. Frantic, yet controlled close quarters engagements
- Aftermath - Set in a ruined downtown Los Angeles after an invasion
- Meltdown - Pakistan nuclear power plant. Battle for control of the nuclear cooling tower and the surrounding facilities
- Overflow - Peshawar, Pakistan. Great urban engagements in the flooded streets
- Raid - Fight through this hillside mansion, in the Hollywood Hills. Hectic close quarters engagements
- Plaza – Run down section of Panama. Great close quarters engagements and tough chokes to fight over
- Yemen – Urban streets of Yemen. Tight alleys and close quarters engagements
- Turbine – Wind farm in the steep hills of Yemen. Fight across the different tiers and angles
- Slums – Close quarters engagements and tough choke points in the run down section of Panama
- Standoff – Border town between China and Kyrgyzstan. Classic engagements and destinations to fight over

In the first blackops and both modern warfare game i know there’s a lots of Marshallese people’s play these game but there is no Marshallese flag or kwajlein a tools flag so please we do wanna use these flag just to represent where we comes from so please use these flag as a title or player card….thank you…

Maps should be either tiny, or more open. The tiny maps are so your in the action more, and the open space prevents corner camping or really camping at all. This would only be so if a form of marksman came back and couldn’t be countered(assassin). I think there should also be different ways to pile up killstreaks, specialist is a good package. Emp on support definitely should not be there

If they’re camping and you run by them and they kill you, just don’t go that way again, cause if you try to go to get revenge a lot of the time they just kill you again, so in the long run it wouldn’t really be revenge cause they could get you 3 times in a row and you only killed them once.

this isn’t really a map, but a multiplayer mode, I really want a ALL sniper mode. were you don’t have to worry about fully automatic weapons mowing you down, just all of the biggest maps where you get one primary, a sniper, perks, a tomahawk, and there you go. really hope this makes it. 11-13-12, i’m waiting.

Cant wait for BO2. Hate MW3with C4 noobs and people carrying their snipers around like a frickin assault rifle. Campers..pfftch. BO1 was so much better!! :/ Seeing all of the trailers of MW3 and teasers, in the end when it came out i was completely disappointed. Looking forward to Black Ops 2.

for bo2 they will need for the map to be exciting not lame pluse they will need to bring back this two maps as well like summit but change the outside and crack so it can come a better map

like in black opps nuketown, fireringrange,launch, and jungle i would hope that those maps would return refirbished and made for black opps 2 and make it avalble to the mulitiplayer system

I’m super glad they went like on Black Ops with the objective markers lit up on the map when you aim down sights it disappears…. SO HELPFUL!!! There is nothing worse than trying to play an objective game when there is a big marker in the middle of your screen you cant see through

They all sound really good, Nightclub, And the one where you’re on a yacht!!! Drone sounds like Jungle from BO1, But with more to see there like missiles and shizz… Hope this is not a utter let down like MW3

Being a HUGE COD fan, i have every cod from COD1 to MW3 i love it, it’s all i play, so have being so that i’ve played BO1 and MW3 i have to say, i used to hate BO1 BECAUSE i joined late do to not XBL at the time so everyone already had a bunch of stuff and high prestige but after playing a lot more it’s not a bad game, there is a huge kill delay, like you’ll be around a corner and think your safe but on the killcam you weren’t even in the door or around the corner, with MW3 that doesn’t happy as much or as bad, but i can say this being 9th 54, MW3 sucks for the fact of Noobish campers and tryhards, campers camp too hard, and tryhards well that explains itself, so overall i have to say BO community has a better game system then MW3, do to campers and tryhards.

Hope they bring back Firing Range somehow. That was my favorite map, and judging by the amount of people who consistently vote for it as well, I can probably say this is pretty much true for most people.

i wonder how the new nuketown will be. I wonder if it looks the same as the old one and if it has the hole in the fence that the RC-XD car can go through and jump the rock to get back into the map.

I wish cod would have something like halo has had and do a shotty snipes game. It would take out the snipers from normal gameplay and reward the ones who like going head to head with a snipe.

Call of duty black ops one is way better then 2 because u guys tuck off hard care hq off dumbest thing ever there’s only like 4 game modes for hard care and the best parks are gone I bet call of duty lost a lot of fans lost me zombies need a lil work but not a lot just need more guns that’s it I’m a real call of duty gamer hope to get what I ask for
