Black Ops 2 Perks List
Below you will find the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 perks list. Black Ops 2′s perks give players extra abilities to take advantage of when setting up load-outs in multiplayer. Putting some thought into your perk choices can lead to some interesting combinations that can compliment a persons playstyle to make them a much more effective soldier, especially now that Black Ops 2 uses a 10 point – or ‘Pick 10′, as it’s called – system to create classes.
What are your ideal perk combinations?
Tier 1
- Flak Jacket — Take less explosive damage.
- Ghost — Cannot be detected by enemy UAVs while moving.
- Blind Eye — Unaffected by AI-controlled perks.
- Hardline — Receive bonus score points.
- Lightweight — Move faster, take no falling damage.
Tier 2
- Hard-wired — Immune to counter-UAV and enemy EMPs.
- Scavenger — Replenish ammo and grenades from fallen enemies.
- Cold-blooded — Resistance to targeting systems including Dual Band, Target Finder, Sensor Grenades and player-controlled aircraft.
- Toughness — Reduced flinch when shot.
- Fast Hands — Swap weapons faster, use grenades and equipment faster, and safely throw back frag grenades.
Tier 3
- Engineer — Show enemy equipment, delay explosives and re-roll and booby trap care packages.
- Dead Silence — Move silently.
- Extreme Conditioning — Sprint for a longer duration.
- Tactical Mask — Reduce the effect of flash, concussion and shock charges.
- Awareness — Enemy movements are easier to hear.
- Dexterity — Climb ladders and get over over objects quicker, recover from melee faster and aim faster after sprinting.

-lightweight
-marathon
perfect for rush with submachine
but with heavier weapon

to me the perks that must be in the game are:

Stay Original, Don’t make the snipers aim faster, it brings more of a challenge to us. I think you should add a perk that gives an extra profiency thats needed.

Pro:Weapon is Ready Faster after Sprinting+ Faster Melee and equipt ment tossing.
2. Blast Uniform: Extra Explosive Resistance
Pro:Immune to Flashes and Stuns
3. Hardline: Killstreaks take 1 less kill.
Pro: 2 assists = 1 kill toward your killstreak
4. Hacker: Detect enemy equipment and explosives
Pro: Booby trap enemy Care Packages and turn enemy killstreaks and equipment friendly
5. Slayer: Get 1 Extra Killstreak
Pro: Extra Health per 4 kills

Wait, recover from melee faster? Does that means meleeing will be a two slash before kill or something? Cause that will suck

no. it will be the same as using the “tactical knife” attachment in previous cods. it just means if theyre is more than one target or if you miss whoever youre stabbing you can recover faster for the second stab

actually it is not fake because if you looked at some of the gameplay videos released today then you would see most of these. And maybe the points awarded for different things aren’t the same as previous COD, and engineer booby traps the care package, not to get one that is already booby trapped

I think what theyve done is replace some perk characteristics with gun attachments. eg if youve watched these videos youll see all the shotguns using the laser attachment which i think replaces steady aim. Theres apparently an attachment called fast mag… im betting thats what SOH is now.

@MidnightFire You are obviously not familiar with the new additions being made to BO2.
First off, the points that go into your score streak are equal to the XP you earn. So, while not playing the objective, it will take slightly longer to earn your rewards. That’s the point. But when you play TDM, the objective is kills, so it won’t matter.
Also, Sleight of Hand and Steady Aim are now getting their own attachments. SOH is changing to Fast Mags, while SA is moving to the Grip attachment, which will no doubt be available in all weapon tiers. I will also point out that COD2 did not have SOH.
Lastly, you must have had trouble reading this list on your phone, because it is NOT saying that b-trapped care packages are a Score-streak, but that you CAN booby trap REGULAR care packages WITH the perk. This is similar to the Hacker perk in BO1.
I’m sorry you misunderstood the post, but I hope you buy and enjoy the game anyway. I applaud your self-censorship, although this is a forum for what will surely be a Mature-rated game, I’m glad you considered people under that age, such as myself.

personally i think they need to take out the “pussy ass” uav’s. a person gets a couple kills and theyre allowed to show there entire team where everyone on the other team is? in every other first person shooter we generally call being able to see everyones location “hacks.” in my free for all class setups i generally dont use “ghost” but in team games its mandatory to not be detecable by uavs because they more or less get spammed. im glad they nerfed ghost so that all it does is block uav detection, unlike BO1 where it protected from everything, but i think they went a little bit far by making it a requirement that you be moving for it to work, they already added the millimeter wave sight so players could detect campers, there was no need to nerf ghost ass well
