Call of Duty: Black Ops’ new create-a-class system is not what we’re used to in previous Call of Duty games. You now earn cash/points called ‘Call of Duty Points’ (CP) when you play the game and use them to ‘buy’ new weapons, equipment and other stuff in-game. You no longer unlock weapons by leveling up. If you can’t afford it u can’t by it!

In wager you mode you wager your points like a set amount of points is required to bid and if your not in the top 3 you lose your bid and they double there money or more but it only has kinda stupid game modes

yes there are contracts and an example is get 5 headshots with a shotgun in 40 minutes. i made this example up but the rea lcontracts will be like this. they are basically challenges on mw2 but you have a time limit

Too add more on his answer, it’s basically a new system that they’re incorporating into the online system that allows the player to take out contracts, there are different ones for people if you like sniping or using the SMG you can get them and you get EXP or COD Points depending on the contract. The higher you pay to take out the contract the more you get awarded
