Here is the full Call of Duty: Black Ops killstreaks list.
- 3 Kills – Spy Plane: Shows enemies on the mini-map. Can be shot down
- 3 Kills – RC-XD Explosive RC Car: Remote controlled car strapped with explosives
- 4 Kills – Counter Spy Plane: Temporarily disables enemies mini-map
- 4 Kills – SAM Turret: Airdrop a placeable SAM turret that destroys aircraft
- 5 Kills – Care Package: Airdrop a random killstreak or ammo crate
- 5 Kills – Napalm Strike: Airstrike that covers an area in napalm
- 6 Kills – Sentry Gun: Airdrop a placeable Sentry Gun
- 6 Kills – Mortar Team: Target 3 locations to bombard with Mortar Strikes
- 7 Kills – Attack Helicopter: Call in a support helicopter
- 7 Kills – Valkyrie Rockets: Launcher with remote controlled rockets
- 8 Kills – Blackbird: Shows enemy position and direction on the mini-map. Cannot be shot down
- 8 Kills – Rolling Thunder: Carpet bombing airstrike

Does gunship imply what we saw being piloted in the E3 campaign gameplay unveil? I would’ve thought the mess with tanks in WaW would’ve put an end to controlling vehicles. Sure it takes 11 kills to get and none of the kills contribute to the base streak, but it seems like it’ll be some trouble.

I actually like the shorter list. I thought the 32 kill streaks in MW2 was to many. Probably what more people told treyarch. Also I thought the nuke was very anti-climatic way to end the game. I would be Ok with a 2000lb jdam that would kill everyone in a large blast radius. Say 1/3 the map size blast. You could still survive but not likely.

I actually thought about this, I thought that maybe a Fuel-Air bomb would have been a way cooler 20 kill streak or something, not to just end the game randomly, as much as getting a nuke in MW2 was like a epic achievement (for me atleast) It could have been maybe something less anti-climatic as you said. The main thing I hope they fix is the f**king one man army noob tube Bul*sh*t, then people who get nukes off that and call themselves amazing and god like. get a nuke with a USP FMJ then maybe I would call that some pretty epic skill.

Explosive care package is an amazing idea, if they made that a 4 killstreak, it’d be so fun. But the blackbird… I can see that being incredibly useful, but will it be good enough to remain an 8 killstreak? Im glad they made an attack killstreak for 3 kills, though, lets the new players feel like they earn something, as lots of newbies couldn’t earn preds easily in MW2, and buying killstreaks instead of getting one every 5 ish levels is also an awesome idea. Kudos, black ops team!

I dont think Gunship will be the ability to pilot a chopper, it will most surely be Ac-130 which was in use before the start of the Cold War, so yeah, im almost positive to say it will be AC-130.

Its A Prototype of the MIL MI-24a HIND, And Its NOT Fully Controable (You Cant Change the Additute, Additute changes automaticly) You can fly all over the map and control the missile pod unguided missiles and the 12.7mm minigun.
So the controls gonna be simple, left stick to move the helicopter, right stick to aim, left trigger rockets, right trigger minigun.

Whether this is correct or not, it sounds better to me, if they get into full control with the chopper then they have to create scenarios for people going kamikaze or flying way off the map then shooting rockets down onto the crowd. So it makes more sense the way you describe it, altitude is locked but you get a very basic control over where you fly on the map and of course shooting everything.

I think RC cars will be overpowered. With Hardline you can get one at a 2 killstreak. That seems too easy to me. Hopefully they will put some sort of handicap on them to ensure that there is balance in this game.

Well I assume since it’s exposed C4, one shot will probably explode it. Also we always have Flak Jacket in case you’re particularly worried about them. I think it’ll be one of those things that is heavily used at first but once people are familiar with how they move we’ll get really good at dodging / shooting the RC-XD and render them only marginally powerful.

Hmm, let me rework the idea. What if it is like a 6 killstreak but instead of placing them you actually choose a location on the map and a plane drops them, they hit the ground then activate as landmines. For a counter someone with Hacker would be able to see them and disable / turn them friendly but of course you’d be watching the mine field and could shoot him as he works on them.

I think the only way to balance the rc car would have to be taking it out of the game, making it a four or five killstreak, or having it drop from the sky in a carepackage similar to the sentry gun in MW2 because a person wouldnt have been carrying a rc car with c4 strapped to it in vietnam… Sounds like a pretty killstreak and shouldnt even be able to go up the stairs WTF!!!!

For Chopper Gunner you are on a minigun mounted on the side of a chopper. For the Gunship you are controlling a Hind and you can actually fly it like in a campaign mission (forgot name) and you can use the minigun and rockets(?).

I really really really REALLY hope that they DON’T put napalm noob tubes…. I really also want to see the m14 noob tube (it’s as long (if not longer) than the M21) lol reloading that nube tube is gonna take a while. They really should make nube tube reload times slower (they did that with china lake). I don’t like how killstreaks don’t go towards your streak but now people like me will learn that you have to use your gun so yay!!! lol I always did 5predator missile, get a double kill with it, harrier, hide in a corner, ac-130. Anyways the killstreaks are awesome but the order isn’t. Valkrie should be at 8 and blackbird at 12. RC should be at around 4 but 3 is a little too soon especially with hardline. Also I have a question, does the mode where you kill A.I. multiplayer people give you multiplayer exp or a seperate exp on a separate account thing like MW2… P.S. **** you infinity ward getting rid of coop on MW2 and not putting zombies on waw you racist b*****.
