Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies for Android Available Now

Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies has been available on iOS devices since December 1st, 2011 (here’s the trailer). Back in March, the game got an update that included the new map Ascension. Now, 8-months later, Black Ops Zombies is coming to an Android device near you.
Developed by Glu Mobile, Black Ops Zombies is available now, exclusively for 30 days on Sony’s Xperia smart phones as well as Sony’s Xperia Play Optimized devices. It includes maps: Kino Der Toten, Ascension, and Call of the Dead: Director’s Cut, as well as top-down shooter “Dead-Ops Arcade. Gamers can play solo, or join a team of four players via Wi-Fi for some co-op action – the way the game was meant to be played.
Players can also opt to enhance their experience with the in-game CoD Point System, available in the single-player mode. With six tiers of in-app purchasing options to choose from, Zombies fans will be able to take the action to a new level by unlocking additional areas and securing better weapons in less time.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Glu Mobile and Ideaworks to bring the Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies mobile experience to Android” said Greg Canessa, Vice President of Mobile Development at Activision.
Interested? The game costs $4.99 from the play store and is available now for Sony Xperia Play Optimized devices (coming to other Android devides in 30 days). You can download Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies for Android from the Play Store here.
